So cute but soooooo uncomfortable. My daughter has to get another backpack one week into the school year because the straps are so stiff and uncomfortable. Wish I could get the money back. Save your money- Not worth it.

For the price you would expect it to be a little thicker which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars. It’s a jansport so your paying for the name. Overall it’s a decent backpack but the pen/pencil slots it has is useless. It’s in a tough spot to get them in and out.
