Purchased the bugs vibe and it was clearly printed off. Most of the bugs are completely blurry. Reached out to customer service and got told there was nothing they could do and to return it.

My daughter really liked this backpack for Middle School because of the multiple pockets and ample size. Unfortunately, the main pocket zipper got stuck on the zipper guard and couldn't come undone without ripping the zipper. We will not be purchasing Jansport again.

My granddaughter loves her new backpack! Unfortunately the store that I ordered it from to pick up sold out before they filled the order and had to ship it which ok fine but when we received it the box was all ready opened and left at front door!
