Very poor craftsmanship
I bought this few weeks ago for my vacation and the very first day in my flight I noticed the thread on one pair is coming loose and few days into the trip I was forced to cut the loose piece of thread few times to avoid embarrassment of wearing these shoes. Mind you this was in replacement of previous pair which had the laces broken in few pieces so a minimum credit was given online forging me to get the same shoes Shaun but only to find this problem. Very poor craftsmanship indeed.

Nice with reservation
Nice shoes and comfortable. However, lacing on side of shoe pulled out 2nd time they were worn. Did self repair but not holding. Not happy.

Great shoe, amazing style!
Dockers never fails to meet my expectations. The vargas shoes are extremely high quality for the price point and look really nice. I chose the dark brown option, so far I can say I have received many compliments for these! The only thing I would say you should be careful with is the sizing. I usually order 11.5 mens shoes for myself, while the shoe does fit well, it runs little bit big. So, if you are like me and you like your shoes to fit just right or snug, maybe go half a size down. But, for the most part it fits relatively well and looks amazing. 9/10, would buy again!

Vargas Boat Shoe wide sizing is wrong for me .
Love this style Docker shoe and have worn same for over 10 years . Now need to replace them with similar design . The problem is the sizing . I initially ordered the same 11 wide that I have worn all these years . The new arrival was too small all the way around . Returned that pair and ordered new size 11 1/2 Wide . They are also not wide enough. I can't go any longer or they will be way too long . Bummer !

Tight fit
I ordered a half size larger than normal, but find the width to be uncomfortably tight. I’d return, but returns seem difficult.

Poor quality
Got this three months ago. Front uppers on both have separated from the soles. Would NOT recommend these shoes.

One big problem!
Overall, I like the shoes. However, when removing the shoes after the FIRST time wearing them, both inside sole pads came out! And, this problem continues.
