    Flotation devices

    The built I soft cups make me feel like I am wearing 2 flotation devices on my chest. For the suits that have soft cups why not make them all removable? I purchased 3 of them and ended up giving them to the thrift store. I love Lands End swimsuits but sewn on cups really limits what I want to purchase.

    I have bought these modest tankini ‘s for years, and I love them for the sun protection. Please, give the tall (long torso) sizes the same prints and colors you do the regular sizes. We tall ladies like color and prints too, you know. Black and blue are great, but variety makes things better.

    89% perfect

    I love these tops. I have the short sleeve UV tops as well but always end up with “farmer tan”. But due to skin damage like my front and back covered. Just got two new ones and will the that polka dot next. But…they are so hard to get off even when dry. I have to order 2 sizes larger than my usual and they are still hard. 16 in bottoms, 20 in tops. And I’m not that busty. So I’m going to consider them as running small.

    The only swim top I wear

    I wear this both in a size 12 and 14. The 12 is snug on the body but I like this fit lap swimming and jogging in the pool. The size 14 is looser around my body and feel more comfortable wearing for sports-kayaking and paddle boarding. I would also wear the size 14 to a friend’s pool party. Comfortable. Keeps everything where it should be. I am a 38D, 5’4” and round in the middle.

    Very nice modest coverage

    This top is great for those who want a more modest coverage on top. The quality is good and it felt very comfortable, putting it on and swimming in it. But it was very, very difficult to get off with damp skin. I would advise sizing up one or two sizes. It will still fit your form but will be easier to get off. I am 5’5” and weigh 145, and I originally got a size 10. I subsequently bought a 12, and the 12 was easier to get off. Not as easy as a bathing suit that does not have such a high neck, but easier than the smaller size.

    High Neck modest swim top

    I have purchased a number of these swimsuit tops. I especially love the high neck and length. It's similar to a sleeveless crew neck t-shirt. I hope Lands End will continue to carry this style.

    I'll say 4.5 stars because of some fading of the turquoise one which meant buying a second but otherwise I love this top! It covers those bulgy areas like the armpits and back and stays put during swimming or aqua fitness workouts. I like the high neck and back for sun coverage. I have black, navy and turquoise. I wish there were other colors but I coordinate with the 5" board shorts and there are many choices of those. I do use a mild detergent and rinse on gentle in the washer after every use with air dry. That seems to help sustain the color. 5'5" 155# 68yo size 12

    Worst Fading I've Ever Seen

    I've worn this navy swim top to my 1 hour aqua aerobics class about 10 times and it has faded so badly. No one else in my class has experienced anything like this, but I am the the only one with a Lands End suit. This is supposed to be chlorine resistant! I rinse it and let it air dry after every class. I love the fit and coverage but I cannot recommend.

    The suit top is well made and gives me coverage on my upper back that I need for sun protection. Easy to put on and take off. I could not get my cup size but the regular works fine. Size10

    I just purchased this tankini at the beginning of August and I am very disappointed that it is not chlorine resistant. It looks awful after just two weeks in the pool. I rinse it after each swim and hang to dry. You must make Houdini moves to get out of the tankini when it is wet. I would also say that the cups (regular size) are very large - I wear a C-cup, but I have a great deal of extra room.

    Sporty, flattering tankini

    This is the 2nd time I purchased the high neck tankini. It is very flattering and sporty looking at the shoulder area. On the model it looked like it bunched a little , but in person it’s perfect!

    This was skimpy compared to other Lands End bathing suits so seek a style advertising more bottom coverage if yours isn't tiny. I returned this. Didn't think a larger size would make a difference.

    Happy customer, cute tankini top

    Some of the reviewers said this was hard to take off when wet, so I almost didn’t buy it, but I really wanted a high neck suit so I took a chance on the sale price. It looks great, fits tts, and to take it off you just grab the hem and pull up and over your head. If you had mobility issues like my sister it could be a problem, but if you don’t have issues with your shoulders and arms you should be fine. So glad I bought this!

    Don’t buy

    I wore this four times for my swim class, rinsed it immediately afterwards and washed it when I got home and it quickly faded to a grey/brown color with most of the color gone. Lands end refunded my money.

    Unhappy with the fit. I needed the top for a 4th of July event, no time to exchange so I kept it. 12 is my size and the size of my other swimsuits. Very difficult to get out of, especially when wet. I should have ordered 14.

    Cup size runs VERY large

    This is a great top except, I ordered a 18 D cup and the cup size if huge and gathers and makes it look like I have clumpy breasts. I wear a 40D and have several brands of bras and a D cup is definitely my size. I don’t know if this was mislabeled (it does say it’s a 18D on the label) or if all of them are oversized. I bought it last fall, but just tried it on today so it’s too late to return it. Hoping my sister in law a seamstress can fix it. Try this on as soon as you get it!
