    super comfortable

    I really like these pants. Just ordered them in another color. They're soft, the elastic waist is not too tight, they're lovely to wear. I Highly recommend.

    Sizes run large.

    The elastic waistband seems a little loose. In general, these pants run large. I had to return the Large size I’d ordered and get a Medium and even those are a little too big. I really like the color (Forest Green) and the wide wale corduroy.

    These are too flimsy to keep you warm

    I bought 2 pair in the flare leg style and although I am 5’7” they are way too long and I had to hem them. The fabric is more like that found in a legging which means the cold air goes right through them. The fit is comfortable but if you’re looking for warmth look else where

    Pretty Good Pants

    Just received the corduroy pants, and I like the burgundy color. Let's be clear that the corduroy is not whalebone quality at all. Each corduroy strip is about thickness of a thin toothpick, and about as tall as one, if the toothpick were lying down. The corduroy looks smashed but if one accepts it that way, then no problem. I have a big stomach and bottom and these pants seems to go up in the front and down in the back, which is usually the reverse in most women's pants, so it's kind of weird that way. I am 5'7 and these pants, with a one inch lift Clark shoe, still almost touch the ground, so without shoes, they are definitely touching the ground. They fit like barrel pants, like Fred Mertz pants, instead of on my waist, which is a little odd. Yes, they are comfy to walk in and sit in, so there's that positive side. So far, I have washed them once and they're holding up. I would recommend, taking the review as consideration.

    Misleading photo

    I love the comfy fabric, but the photo is misleading and these pants are very large/baggy and I am returning them. I wanted something comfortable, but I wish I had ordered the next size smaller. (And that is very rare for me.)

    Disaster!

    I have lived in Lands End corduroy pants past several winters. This year's version is much lighter weight than past years. But that's not the main issue. I have been purchasing medium all along. I no longer feel I can predict or trust Lands End sizing......these are way big, in the waist, and also the rise from the crotch to the waistband, cut perhaps for ladies with much larger stomachs or derrieres. Since I purchased on sale, I didn't want to pay for return shipping, decided to make do, I did a quick line of stitching and, honestly, I subtracted a full 2 inches from the seamline between crotch and waistband both front and back. They are still not quite right. All I ask is for is consistent sizing across the brand and year to year to take the guesswork out. I am not sure I will continue to be a customer!

    Corduroy lounge pants

    Purchased online. Expected a thicker fabric that would be suitable for daily outdoor wear in cooler weather. The fabric is soft and thin but not true corduroy. The pants feel like loungewear pants, or loose leggings. Definitely not a sturdy pant for daily wear to work or outdoor activities.

    Returned. This would have been my 3rd pair of Sport Knit pants. The fabric on these was exceptionally thin, something I've noticed in several Lands End products over my many years as a Lands End customer. Sad.

    Ok for some but not for me

    Did not order or receive plus size. Small was still huge for my sz6 size. Material was nice but everything else was “gap-prone” and the waist was gigantic. Would love a more tailored fit with the waist flatter and still a loose fit while the legs are less full. This was the same with the burgundy pair with the same number.

    Very Disappointed!

    I previously bought these in brown and really liked them. Because I liked them so much, I decided to buy them in black. I am VERY disappointed! They are baggy and unflattering. I ordered the same size of medium, in both cases, but in no way are they the same.
