simplehuman Pet Food Can Stainless Steel

I’ve tried at least 3 or 4 plastic screw on containers before finding this one. Not only is it a great looking can that matches my other SH cans, but it’s durable and holds a lot of food. I have 2 extra larges which hold the 75lbs of food I get every month for my 3 GSPs.

Beautiful color and nice size, I did one star cause the wheels don’t work at all.

As are all of the simplehuman merchandise I own, this can is perfect. It’s simply perfect.

So far no ants! I like that it seals shut and will hopefully keep the dry dog food fresh until used up. Only thing that could possibly be improved is the latching system. If the latch handle could be operated by one hand would be nice. . . The magnetic one cup scoop on inside of the lid is also a plus!

Bought two. One for oilers and one for cracked corn. I keep them on the deck exposed to weather and contents stay secure and dry and garments cannot chew through them. Very well made.

Bought a large pet food storage container for my pet several years going and the plastic holding the lid broke so each time I feed my dog the lid would fall off. This was a simple human product as well. I see the design has changed with a sturdier attachment. Hopefully this won't happen again.

Love this container for our dog food burger. Would like magnet for the scoop to be a bit stronger.

We have been using plastic bins from Lowes (food grade), but these look so much nicer, hold more food, and open a lot easier. I am a huge fan of Simplehuman and I know that they back up their products. Very happy with this purchase.

Great and fits perfectly in my space

Large enough to hold all 40 pounds of dog food. Locking mechanism to protect food from other animals. And magnetic scoop. Excellent. Could ask for me

We love this pet food container! It's perfect to hold our 40 lb bag of dog food. I was hoping that the dog food bag would fit inside the container, but it doesn't. The bag is short and wide and the container is tall and thin. Other than that, it's perfect!

Looks great. Perfect capacity. Easy to open and close. Seals tightly. In short, perfect!

I love the first one we purchased last year. The new one is nice however the magnetic spot holding the scoop is less strong. Resulting in the scoop falling into the food. I would guess this was perhaps a cost saving item. However even with that annoying fact the dog food container is very good.

We have 3 big pups and this holds about 2 17lb bags of their food, keeping our house less cluttered and minimizing storing needs for bags of their food. It’s deep, which does mean bending to dig food out when you get to the bottom 1/3 of the bin, but it’s not a major issue. I wish with all my heart this didn’t have a silver handle, and was all black, but what can you do. It has hidden wheels and tucks in nicely at the end of our pantry counter, and no one would know what it was for. Ideal!

I wish I had this sooner! I love that a scoop is included and has its own place in the can. The latches are secure, and I have had no issues with my pets getting into the can.

I absolutely love this. It does everything I want and more. It’s sleek, elegant, and keeps my dog’s food fresh. The only issue I ran into was the dog food bag not easily fitting into the can. I bought this because I wanted to keep the food in the bag to maintain freshness in addition to what the can is able to provide, but I worked very hard to get that bag to fit. It eventually did which is great, but I thought it might be a lot easier than it was, especially since I got the XL size and the bag is 34lbs. Overall, I love it and will keep it, but I definitely wish it was just a smidge wider.

The pet food container is great. Big enough for plenty of food and air tight so my dogs aren’t aware of the contents. I will be buying one more.

It took my dogs 5-10 minutes to get this open and scatter 30lbs of food everywhere.

I am very happy with this purchase. It is incredibly easy to use. The scoop is stored inside on the lid and makes it very convenient for measuring and scooping my pup's food out. If you are wondering if this is worth the price tag, I would say yes it it!

They got it right the second time, the first time I ordered a silver one they sent me a white one, I re-ordered the silver one and they got it right. The second time customer support was good. They helped me no complaints there after reading the reviews, they were complaining about dents and also the scoop handle magnet was a little difficult to pull off. Well evidently that's all been corrected. The delivery came double boxed. It was packaged very, very good. You'd probably have to drop it off at two-story building for it to be damaged so they got that fixed they got the magnet issue fixed on the scoop handle thing cause people were saying it was a little difficult to pull off the magnet because the magnet was too strong. Oh no I'm very pleased for the second time around despite the errors and mixed up. I should give them for a 4 star, but I'm happy so I'm gonna give them five stars cause they fixed it and customer support gave me a $22 gift certificate for the mess up which I applied to the new correct order. So basically I got what I want and I'm happy at the end of the day.
