Our Place 2.6qt 10.5" Ceramic Nonstick Always Pan 2.0

I cringed when I bought this because I’m a cast iron devotee and the price tag was high. But I needed a new lidded pan and a new steamer basket, and I have limited storage in my kitchen, so this fit the bill and I decided to give this a try. OK y’all, I love it. It’s not a gimmick. It heats up fast and the non-toxic nonstick surface works like a dream. My food cooks beautifully in it. If you take good care of it, it should last a long time. The only thing I don’t love is the spoon rest feature. It’s a nice idea, but a little fussy to use while cooking.

It’s perfect for cooking light, healthy meals without extra grease. Super easy to clean, lightweight, and food cooks faster and even tastes better somehow! Absolutely love it ! it’s become my go-to pan for everyday cooking.

At first, I loved their sleek design and was willing to overlook the fact that the handles got hot enough to require oven gloves. I even thought they’d be my forever pans. But something changed—now, food sticks unless I use a lot of oil, and I find myself searching for replacements. Given that I’ve always hand washed them and stuck to wooden utensils, this decline is especially frustrating. Considering the price, I can only give them 3 stars.

This does a wonderful job with vegetables, meats, and eggs, whether frying, roasting, or baking. After many uses, the pan has retained its nonstick finish for the most part. We have experienced certain spots on the pan that will stick after using higher heat areas with our electric stovetop (despite using low), but a quick clean with baking soda and vinegar clears that up. Highly recommend this pan!
