I like the size options and color and pattern, but so cheaply made. Not very soft or plush. I pulled off the sticker because it was slippery on the hard floor and all the carpet came right out with it. I wish I could return but the damage is already done. Prob won't last long.

Literally such a waste of time. Ordered the rug and the title says brown and a gray rug came. Come on people get the title right. Now I have to go through the whole hassle of returning which is annoying. Customer service is horrible.

This rug is beautiful, exactly what I was looking for! I wish I could give it 5 stars but the only down side is that it was shipped folded and created horrible ripples lines throughout it. I’ve tried putting weights on it for days, wetting it down and nothing is working. I did order one of the largest sizes so I’m assuming if you order smaller they would roll it instead of fold
