I really like the design and size of these containers, and I bought a few sets over the summer. However, I'm noticing that the containers are starting to pit, even though I hand wash all of them. I do use them in the microwave when packing food for work, but I'm pretty disappointed because, given the high price, I expected better quality and longer durability than just a year.

Hello Sandy - Tupperware offers Microwave Safe products. The sets you selected are not for use in the Microwave and will cause minor damage. These bowls are Dishwasher Safe. Thank you for your message.
