Ordered this item for outdoor use. Package was well packed. Some of the directions did not align to the actual product, as there seems to be updates made. Put together easily. Looks very close to the photos. Well engineered and looks great! Happy with purchase. Collapsible storage for next season is a price. Good original product. Recommend

This item was sent and appears to have been previously purchased, opened, used and returned. The medium snowman is dirty inside, the largest one has holes and the plug for the smallest one is bent to an oval instead of a circle so it cannot even be plugged in. Very disappointing as I have already shown them to my 4 year old and a replacement is not an option so I now have to pay more since I bought them on sale originally to hope a new set will be in better condition?? Not the quality I expected, although they would be very cute.
