Cheap, poor customer service
This is poorly made and not worth the expensive price tag. We reached out to WildBird and received a very basic, no-help response three days late. We purchased this directly from WildBird, which was a mistake.

Good until cheap snaps broke
Loved this for the last few months, but one at a time, the snaps used to adjust the seat panel have broken making it unusable for my petit baby. I have reached out to the company for replacement parts, but they cannot fix it since it was purchased through Target.

I love how comfortable this carrier is! My only piece of feedback would be that when my baby is sleeping, the head support isn’t as tight as I’d like it to be. I went for a walk with him and he fell asleep and even with the flap part flipped up to support his head, if I wasn’t holding my hand on that piece, his head was bobbing too much. Other than that, this is an excellent carrier!

Overall, the quality is just OK. After only a few months of use, some of the stitches on the outer linen fabric started popping, which didnt affect the function, but did look unsightly. One day during wearing our ~20lb baby, I saw a buckle had broken. The initial communication with Wildbird was slow, but to their credit they did replace our carrier for us. However, we did have to go without a carrier for a few weeks while we communicated with them and waited for shipping of the new carrier. The fabric choices look great and the adjustability is really nice, but for the price we wish the build quality could be a bit better.

We love this carrier!! It is so comfy and doesn't cause any back pain when wearing for a long time. I also love how pretty it is. It doesn't look tacky or anything and goes with everything. it's turned into my favorite accessory! My LO loves it and can look around. I also love that she can contact nap while I'm able to get things done. 10 out of 10 recommend!
