A: It is normal for new, tightly rolled rugs to temporarily curl at the ends due to packaging. This is not a defect and is easily fixed. We provide simple instructions to correct this: Reverse Roll: Roll the curling end against the curl. Secure Edges: Place heavy, flat objects on the corners and edges to allow the rug to settle. Low Heat Application (Optional): If needed, gently apply low heat with a hair dryer to the underside of the curled area while applying light pressure.

A: Hello Bill. This Indoor / Outdoor rug is quite Stiff. However, to help flattening the rug, we recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug. For example, take the edge of the rug and flip it on top of itself slightly where there is a crease or bump, and slowly pull the rug back to its place, while applying a downward pressure on the crease. This is the method we use in our facility to remove the creases from the rug. For severe creases, you can steam the rug or you can place it top side down on the floor, place some damp towels on the back side and iron over them.
