I used to love KVD trooper black. However, lately they have been dried. I bought two recently because the first one was dry and the second one came dry too!!! Save your money and buy something cheaper or better. $50+ was wasted right after the other. This is horrible! If only they could refund faulty products!!

Immediately noticed the difference in formula. It dries up quick so my eyeliner doesnt go on smoothly. Will not be purchasing again. Very disappointed

The eyeliner showed significant smudging within 5 hours (half my work day). It did not look good at the end of the day. I do have slightly hooded eyes, but dont have this problem with other liquid eye liners.

Its not black more like faded black. NYX Epic Wear Liquid waterproof a THOUSAND times better. Smudged after a long day. NYX would never.

The coolness of the horse has never been so sharp! Tattoo Liner is colored all day, extremely sharp and extremely fast. This lost pen is a leg! Exactly standard, durable, anti-smudge. The face is sharp, decent.

I love this liner! I've used it for a few years now, and it is better than any other liquid liver I've ever used.

This used to be my ride or die eyeliner, and I'm disappointed I gave away my last older one. This new formula sucks so bad, it always transfers. I am throwing it out as soon as I get home, because I'm tired of the embarrassing marks all over my eyes at work. They ruined the one good thing left about this brand, and I can safely say I'm no longer interested in anything KVD beauty.

I'm sad to say it's not the same formula I used to know and love. I had read online that there was a formula change, but decided to give it a go anyway. This new formula is NOT it. It is extremely hard to obtain an even application because it applies streaky, even after shaking it. I also found that the product transfers easily, and sometimes by the end of the day, my wing would be nearly gone. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. I would not purchase this product again.

It's not the same formula I used to know and love. Now, it barely stays on because tranfers so easily, and it's incredibly hard to attain an even application. It's very streaky, even after shaking it. I had heard about the formula being changed and can confirm that it is not as great as it used to be. Would not purchase again.

Goes on smooth with precision. My go to every day liner.

I will never use anything else. Smooth, juicy, doesnt dry out, precise. Will absolutely not budget until you use a makeup remover. Amazing.

You know when a black marker is dried up and you can't get a solid line anymore at all? It's like that. Right out of the box.

This eyeliner is in it for the long haul! Go directly from work to play without any touch ups. It can easily be applied with lashes with ease.

The new formula smudges all over my upper eyelids as the day goes on. This had been the best eyeliner I found for hooded eyelids and became the only eyeliner I ever used. It never smudged even after 12 hours of use. Why even keep the product the same name if it's not the same product anymore? I'm frustrated with the change and now the search is on again to replace what had once been the best eyeliner ever.

This eyeliner was my ride-or-die for ages but the reformulation is just awful. no pigment, clumpy, and so dry its impossible to make a clean wing. Genuinely one of the worst eyeliners I've ever used. If I could give this half a star I would. Bring back the old formula!
