Love my freesip sway there's just two things I've noticed with mine why I took a star away a plastic piece at the top is broken or chipped and at the top where the lock and unlock button is water comes out a little it's not a lot but just a little.

I love the look of this water bottle, and I love the handle on the big 32 oz size. I actually own three of them, all in different sizes and prefer the 32oz most. I would have given it 5 stars, but with one of the bottles the straw is always falling out. When I was talking to a friend, she says that happens all the time to her water bottle as well! It seems like it's a hit or miss if the staw stays in place.

I wish it was better...
I purchased this water bottle not even 2 month ago. It has had moderate use but the button cracked. This water bottle was absolutely loved and talked about but u for it did not stand up to normal use. It is a shame because Owala is not cheap as in cost, just cheap in quality.

Target sent me the wrong water bottle color... I ordered this color and was sent the "sleek" color instead. I specifically ordered this color bc it doesn't have black plastic on it, the one I received the entire cap is black plastic... This was also supposed to be a gift so extremely disappointing

What a let down!
I love everything about this bottle except it’s durability. I’ve used it about 8 times and the rim is already starting to chip. It has two chips that will most likely continue to expand.
