The item was Great but the delivery was awful, my address was correct on the package but they deliver to the wrong apartment my apartment # 5-12 n they left package on Apt 1-12 I was lucky someone didn't take it, but I had to go n search on every apartment 12

Loved the color so much I loved it but after 1 use I accidentally dropped it and the bottom was damaged and scratched and the lid broke I want a refund

First time buyer and it Rusted after 3 months. When I tried to get Owala to replace or see if they can something about it they said they couldn't because even though they're rust resistant they can still develop rust. I had bottles older than this one from other brands that have never rusted that I used more. I won't be buying anymore owala products.

Lid spring has malfunctioned 3 x's already ☹️

This water bottle functions as it should. However, the bottle came dented at the base- shipping box was fine. The enamel was not chipped or cracked which indicates it was dented during manufacturing. *Check your Owala bottle for dents before removing the tag.

Love the new design. Only thing I don’t like is that the straw is constantly coming out of the hole and isn’t always securely fit. That is my only complaint. Absolutely gorgeous color.

Button busted in less than 60 days. Only used a handful of times. I can only imagine how the cap itself will hold up over time. I’ll stick with my Stanley.

This tumbler holds a lot of liquid and keeps it cold for hours. I love the handle and ease of carrying it. It is bright and colorful.

I love my Owala however, I had to return the 1st two because one was dented and you couldn’t tell by the way it was packed. The other had a flaw in the paint where you could see the metal underneath.

Love it so much, ended up getting me and my kids 2 each.

There are several things I love about this bottle- the colors are beautiful, the lock and being cup holder friendly are very convenient. I like how the lid clicks opens more softly than in previous Owala bottles. But they switched to silicone gaskets that reek of toxic chemicals, which makes it honestly un-usable as is. After searching a Reddit thread of many people who had the same issue, I decided to bake my gaskets and leave them out in the sun several times to make the smell manageable. I know it’s BPA free, but the smell makes me wonder if I’m allowing other toxic chemicals into my drinking container. This is frustrating when I spent so much for a supposedly high-quality, name-brand bottle. The least we should get is peace of mind that the bottle is safe.

I like this style better than my other two Owalas. Very happy with the cheerful, eye catching colors. Really wish I could own more Owalas but I guess 3 is enough!
