Owala 30oz FreeSip Sway

I love my Owala however, I had to return the 1st two because one was dented and you couldn’t tell by the way it was packed. The other had a flaw in the paint where you could see the metal underneath.

Love it so much, ended up getting me and my kids 2 each.

There are several things I love about this bottle- the colors are beautiful, the lock and being cup holder friendly are very convenient. I like how the lid clicks opens more softly than in previous Owala bottles. But they switched to silicone gaskets that reek of toxic chemicals, which makes it honestly un-usable as is. After searching a Reddit thread of many people who had the same issue, I decided to bake my gaskets and leave them out in the sun several times to make the smell manageable. I know it’s BPA free, but the smell makes me wonder if I’m allowing other toxic chemicals into my drinking container. This is frustrating when I spent so much for a supposedly high-quality, name-brand bottle. The least we should get is peace of mind that the bottle is safe.

I like this style better than my other two Owalas. Very happy with the cheerful, eye catching colors. Really wish I could own more Owalas but I guess 3 is enough!

Awesome water bottle! Pricey but doesn’t leak, easy to clean, fun to sip (no more splintered, hard plastic straws…looking at you, Stanley), and fits right in the main compartment of a Loungefly.

The free sip sway has what I need: 30oz capacity, locking lid, comfortable handle, fits in the cup holder in car, and the straw is durable enough to avoid breakage. Owala also sells replacement parts for the snap lid and straws. Better than most other brands I've tried.

Bought it for my daughter and she loves it. Well made with quality materials and really cool water bottle. Would recommend.

Appreciate the handle now being separated from the lock and that the base fits in my cup holder

I chose this cute owala bottle over my Stanley cup because it’s leakproof and easy to toss in a bag on the go allowing me to be hands free. As an added bonus, it comes in really fun colors! I have one that matches my daughter’s kid size.

Have used Owala for several years and love how long my drink stays cold even on super hot days. Replaced my previous 24 oz Owala with this one. Love that it fits in my cupholder. They are a bit pricey but worth it.

i like the color but the outside is shiny which makes it feel cheap! i wish i knew the outside wasn’t going to be matte like the other bottles. will exchange for a different one

Love this cup, the new handle is perfect!

Grab yourself a cheap bottle boot for this (to protect from dents when dropped) and you have the best water bottle around! The new handle is awesome and no other bottle lives up to the solid sip/chug spout of Owala. There are very few pieces that can get moldy like other water bottles. I’ve cheaped out before and got something else I regretted—this one is perfect!

Fits in my cupholders! The colors are vibrant and it’s easy to carry! I use mine during school as a teacher. I love my Owala!

I'm a loyal Owala user and knew I had to purchase the new design once I saw the handle! I'm happy I did! No more popping open while using the lock latch to carry it!

Great upgrades from the previous version. The handle is great. the locking ability is nice. and the slim bottom is great for cup holders.

I own several other Owala water bottles but was really excited that this one had the flat sides for easy grip and that it fits into my car cup holders! Love the easy carry handle and lock as well. The only negative is the insulation. The ice melts in less than a day in the Swag, but it lasts for way more than a day in my other Owala water bottles. A bummer, but not a deal breaker for me - I just add more ice and refill my water more often so I have cold water. But wanted to make note of this for other potential buyers and so Owala knows to fix this issue for the Sway in the future.
