Owala 30oz FreeSip Sway Stainless Water Bottle

I received the wrong color as well when I did drive up and go. So I went into the store to exchange it and apparently the sage color and the meadow one are both under the same number somehow? They said they don’t have the meadow one and that somehow in their system it scans as the sage one and says it’s the correct one! So if you are trying to buy the meadow color I would go into the store and look for it. My store didn’t even have the color so I had to stay with the sage one :(

Finally the perfect water bottle! I got so excited when I saw it in store. Love that it fits in my cup holder, has a wide handle, has the free sip spout, and that the lid locks. Checks all the boxes for me and I hope to have it for years to come.

Really like the quality design on this bottle. Fits perfectly in my car's cup holder, which is a plus especially for a 30oz bottle! handle is really nicely made to carry. This bottle gives you 2 options to drink from, built in straw (which is my thing) and a chug option for more water consumption. Also, has an option to lock the cover for when it's in the bag or in a toddlers hands (wink, wink).

Love the cup! Good size, and fits in cup holders. Keeps ice/cold water for a long time. I ordered in color Sleek, from the photos I thought it was a very light blue/gray color, but it is pure white. The cup is white with gray color lid.

I unfortunately took the label off and started using my new bottle. Unfortunate because it wasn't till I was using it that I got that gut feeling something was off with the color. I didn't love the color even though I did online when I ordered it. Sure enough went through all the colors and I recieved Sage Green and not Misty Mountain. Looks like I am not the only person by reviews who had this happen too. Be warned to look closly to these similar colors and not trust Target to send you what you ordered.

I was really excited to try this water bottle—especially because of the lockable lid, carrying handle, and what I assumed would be solid durability. Unfortunately, within 30 minutes of purchasing it, it slipped from my hand (less than a two-foot drop) and the locking mechanism completely broke. The bottle also dented slightly, which makes it wobble when placed on a flat surface. I understand accidents happen and I take responsibility for the drop, but for a $45 bottle that’s marketed for on-the-go use, I expected it to withstand more than a minor fall. That level of fragility really calls the overall quality into question. What’s more frustrating is that I also purchased a kids' version at the same time, and now I have no confidence that it will hold up to normal daily use by a child. I reached out to the company directly—because I didn’t feel it was Target’s fault—and while I didn’t expect a full replacement, a small discount or some kind of gesture would have gone a long way. Instead, I was told it was entirely my fault, which just left a bad taste. I’ll be switching back to my Stanley cup, which is the same price point and has proven to be far more durable!

i did get my lid switched on me and didn’t realize, which sucks. keeps ice cold, easy to carry

I’m not sure if my bottle is unique but when the lid is screwed on all the way, the bottle still either leaks or sweats from the area around where the lid and bottle meet. Every use. Then I started noticing black mold spots on the lid. I got rid of it all and it came back, 3 times now. I processed a warranty claim to Owala about this and they wrote me back saying it’s user error and I could consider buying a replacement lid or something. We own 9 Owalas on our house. Knowing they won’t stand behind their products we have decided to get a new brand for the school year.

Love this bottle. I fill it up around 4am and it stays cold until about 11 am. Best part it’s cup holder friendly.

Arrived not only missing the straw but did not have any of the stickers on it that would prove it “new”. It’s scratched and has what looks like lipstick on it. SO disappointed!!!

I have searched for the most perfect water bottle and here it is. large, fits in the cupholder, strong and durable, absolutely LOVE IT!!!

I received a used cup. It is dented in two spots on the bottom, and the plastic handle and cover for the spout are also scratched deeply.

I decided to upgrade my Owala, and there's no turning back. It's 40 oz with a comfortable handle, there's a lock so you can throw it in your bag and not worry about the cap accidentally popping open. Its beautiful colors, and my last surprise was it fit in my cup holder. I've been taking it on the road with me, and I love it.

I really like the top handle and the size. Despite the large size it still easily fits in my car cup holder. The locking lid is great for being able to throw it in my bag or bottom of the stopper and so far I haven’t had any leaks. I also really like the different colorways. I do however wish that it kept my water colder, longer. After a few hours the ice will be totally melted and water definitely doesn’t stay as cold as my other tumblers.
