Don't Buy!

We bought this trampoline and set it up the same day it came. The bounce pad was so loose my kids couldn't jump on it. It was dangerous because if they tried to jump springs would come off. I contacted the company (who claim there is a warranty) and they just said "we don't have parts for this trampoline to send you" and that was it. No offer of resolution. Please be aware before buying. I ended up returning it to Target and going somewhere else completely

HORRIBLE PURCHASE-HAVE TO HAND THREAD TOGETHER & THE MAT IS TOO SPRINGY

Horrible purchase. The mat itself is super springy and makes you feel like you are going to fall through. It also has to be hand sewn in. I regret buying it altogether and wish I would have known bc I never would have bought it to begin with.

LIVE SNAKE, missing parts, bad customer service!

If I could give it less than one star, I would. The package arrived poorly taped, and was open on one side. Several beams were missing, and I was unable to build the trampoline. While opening the full box to get the rest of the trampoline out, there was a live snake inside and would not come out. Contacted customer service advised them that animal control is unable to send someone to help get it. Also told them about the missing parts and asked for a solution. They told me to keep calling animal control, and they would not do anything without the product being sent back. Will not order again.
