Nourison Astra Machine Washable 12' x 15' Multicolor Contemporary Indoor Flatweave Rug

Bought two sizes of this rug for the bedroom - one for the bed and one for the dog's kennel. Was looking for something washable, with some color but not too light. If you have a dog, you understand. Other flatweave washables I tried so far were so thin that it was like walking on paper instead of a rug. This actually has some softness to it without too much pile so it works for some padding, grip for the dog, and can use the same vacuum from floor to rug without issues. Much easier to keep clean. Rug and the seams also hold up to the Uproot cleaning brush that takes out the dog hair between cleanings. Also bonus as it not keeps the rug refreshed and no loose threads result. Color is good and pretty much what appears on the screen. Enough variety to counter a plain room, but not overwhelming. Size is great on both rugs - bought the 3'3"x5 and 6'7"x9' - and provides great coverage for our space. Only thing is that you definitely need either rug pad or grippers on the corners. Since both rugs are under furniture, the corner grippers work perfectly for us.

I bought this for my living room and it looks beautiful there. Size is perfect also the colors are perfect.

The colors are much fuller than they appear in the picture and it’s incredibly thin. It’s more of a towel than a rug.

Purchased for lake house and am using in an open floor plan under a 7’ farm table where we eat. It complements the space, picking up so many colors. Functionally practical and looks like it’ll hide crumbs well. Love that it can be easily spot treated or washed when needed. Great price point for this product.

This Nourison Astra runner is perfect in my hallway and I love that it's washable! Between pets & high traffic for previous wool runner was getting too expensive to keep having cleaned. This one adds a modern style, a fun pop of color and fits perfectly. I did have to add a rug pad under it, as it's a tad slippery on my tile floors. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought these rugs because I could get them in the 3 sizes I needed, the style was consistent with the colors of the rooms and to help protect of new floors from our 3 geriatric dogs. Very pleased with the find!!
