This toilet paper is soft and absorbent. It’s not quite a thick/plush as Quilted Northern, but it is strong and works well. My only wish would be for larger roll size. I like that it’s made from sustainable materials.

I really liked this paper but they have changed it. In my most recent box the paper has a different texture, is softer, falls apart when wet, and the plies separate from each other with regular use. Maybe it is just a fluke and it will change back.

I have purchase reel toilet paper for the past 5 years and they just recently changed the toilet paper. It feels ALOT thinner and smoother than before. I find myself using more toilet paper than before. The texture before was what separates Reel from the rest friends and family also mentioned liking our toilet paper before. The new formula/texture does not compare. Bad time to switch up when so many new competitors are flooding social media.

I’ve been using this toilet paper for a while now. I decided to switch to this because it doesn’t have any of the toxic chemicals like traditional toilet paper. I’ve been really happy with it so far but i noticed it was different with the last box I ordered. It’s actually softer now! It was fine before but even better now. Can’t recommend this brand enough.

I was told to stop using the super soft fluffy toilet papers, so a bamboo one was recommended. Not only is this better for the enviorment, my septic tank is happy, and it's almost as soft and thick as the Charmin/Cottonelle types. The packaging is also really pleasing. Each roll is individually wrapped, so they look cute in a basket on the back of the toilet for spares in my guest baths.

I have purchased this brand for years and my most recent purchase of two boxes showed that there are two kinds? One box is larger and the rolls are larger, of the same mega 12 count. So be aware that some of these are actually mega and some are smaller. Never noticed this before :(
