I loved it the first time I bought it. Ran out purchased a second tube and it’s super thick you can’t even see the bristles on the brush. I have to waste most of it by scraping it off. Finally gave up on that tube and bought a 3rd months later thinking I just got a bad one. Nope this one is just as bad. Don’t waste your money.

I bought this when the regular colossal, my fav, was out of stock. the formula seems exactly the same but the brush is spirally and doesn't work as well as the regular colossal brush. lashes look longer and more spindly versus the thickening effect of regular colossal. a decent substitute. I like that it comes in brownish back

So dissapointed :(
Was so excited to finally try this out, as I usually love all maybelliene products. I was expecting so much more from this. It’s not buildable its formula is entirely too wet and comes out in huge clumps. Makes my lashes look like short, stubby spider lashes. And I have naturally long lashes , very disappointed and dissatisfied with this mascara:(

Clumpy. Looks horrible and is impossible to remove. I had some of my lashes come off while trying to take it off. Wish I could return!!

Terrible
In all fairness in the last few years I've noticed an extreme decline in the effectiveness of mascara in general. Not sure what happened to y'all's formula but this just isn't it. It leaves lashes clumped up like the mascara is 5 years old or something. It should have a consistency that allows you to apply it evenly and smoothly.

Nothing and I mean nothing gets this mascara off. I tried everything. Even the garnier waterproof makeup remover barely touches it and you have to keep rubbing for ages. I don’t even think gasoline would take this mascara off. I lose lashes everytime and my eyes end up burning from having to rub so much to get it off.

Our waterproof formulas are designed for extreme hold, but they should never be a struggle to remove. For our most "stubborn" mascaras, we generally recommend using an oil-based remover or a dedicated waterproof makeup cleansing balm. To protect your lashes and eyes, we recommend this "no-rub" technique: Saturate a cotton pad with an oil-based remover. Press the pad against your closed eye and hold it there for 30–60 seconds without rubbing. This allows the oil to break down the waterproof polymers. Gently wipe downward in one motion. If your eyes are currently feeling burnt or irritated, we suggest taking a break from mascara for a few days to let the delicate eye area recover. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we will be sharing your feedback with our quality and development teams immediately.
