NO GRILL PLATE -NO GOOD
Like others, I'm very disappointed because I've been trying to buy the grill plate for over a year and it's been out of stock that long! And now it doesn't even seem to be on the website. The grill plate is what gave it a lot of functionality. I'm not happy about this. Otherwise, it's great.

Best device I have in kitchen
Absolutely love the French door 360! It may take longer to cook than I expected being so small and all however it saves so much in energy bill not using stove. Can cook almost anything one desires. Is awesome for kids to fix lil quick snackems after school or during summertime. Excellent for reheating chicken, pizza, and other fast foods removing contained grease from within side the items while cooking which decreases intake of said greases. Also crisp up the chicken better than when picked up and heats up pizza quick I like mine crispy so I heat for 4min at 400 my son likes his not so crispy so he heats his at 350 for 4min and they’re perfect.. I traded in my nuwqve oven for these and don’t regret it for a second. Nuwqve was great for a while but it eventually quits heating as iit did and is limited where as the 360 is a total kitchen worth of cooking options I adore it! Truly & sincerely, SSG Brown

Air Fryer Tripping issue?
We bought this unit almost or around 2 years more or less, now on air fryer it is tripping all the time , I calculated Current in Amps and changed sockets but it is tripping. Please replace Now or credit my money.

Horrible product. Came without all the accessories. Will not send the lacking one to me. The rest of the accessories are cheap and difficult to clean. Never again shall I purchase from his line.

Missing grill plate
Bought this in June and the black grill plate listed in the user manual is missing. I can’t find it anywhere. Love the product but would like to have the grill plate.

Itsy Bitsy Teeny tinnnnny Electrical Cord
my mother in law loved it, i ordered it..... the electrical cord is so SMALL it doesn't reach any of my outlets from any area in my kitchen. Seriously regret donating my previous air fryer and buying this one!

versatile, long toasting time.
I like the large size. it fits a quarter size sheet pan perfectly. Toasting bread take at almost 8 minutes for lightly toasted results and must be flipped over for even toasting. It has several cooking options and comes with a pizza stone and rotisserie. I had to purchase the full size air fryer tray separately.

Not worth the moey
Has many cooking options, but the dial to select them quit working. Finally the button to cancel stopped working & had to unplug. This is after 8 months! Tried trouble & nothing worked. Stays on roast, 375 degrees & 57 minutes. Can’t change to select different cooking options,time, temp & even cancel. Not with the money!

Worked great for a while!
I bought this about a year and a half ago and I loved it. We actually used it to cook almost every day and all of a sudden the heating element for the air fryer does not work any longer. This is an expensive appliance for only to last less than two years.

Very versatile, but did not last more than 2 years
Bought this about a year and a half to two years ago. We loved it. Used it mostly every day even it’ll it were just for toast. Unfortunately, it started smoking on us and left a very harsh chemical smell within the smoke. We thought maybe we just needed to clean it again, but that wasn’t the case. It kept doing it and for our safety, we no longer use it. Would give it 5 stars if this wasn’t our experience, however.

photo of accessories not accurate.
grill pan advertised in pictures did not come with the Emeril over. it appears in pictures but is not included and when you look at the list of accessories it does not give you a complete list of all accessories. I have had one of these grills before and would not buy it without the grill plate. I will be returning it.

Heating elements stopped heating
I bought this about a year ago and all of the heating elements have stopped working. Very disappointing because we used it daily before it stopped working.
