Over paying to complete collection

I needed this item to complete my anniversary set..it's considered the chase in the series # I'm satisfied with the item but it's sad that I had to over pay to get the item because of its rare status its really a 1.35 hot wheels but due to its rarity people hoarded them and sadly I'm trying to figure out why Target is allowing people to sell after market on their website really if people didn't take advantage i could hair purchased this product for its original price..just ranting its way things are in america now Matel you should be ashamed
