Sells defective items

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My rug came defective with 2 markings printed on one side (it’s random and the product image shows nothing like that). I returned it and they sent a replacement with the same issue. I feel like it’s dishonest to keep selling defective rugs. I have to keep finding time to repack and send it off to them. Also, the rug came in a ripped bag. Their solution is to give me 25% off for a future purchase. I won’t be buying from here again.

Shifts around and won't lie flat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While you get a nice visual design, soft fabric, and washability (still not sure if we'll ever actually do that) you sacrifice the rigidity and structure of a typical, thicker rug. Even with the addition of the rug pad this rug moves around all over the place when walking on it and constantly bunches up in the original creases that have never gone away from being folded in the delivery box. Would not buy again. Don't waste your money.

Not at all washable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug was a big disappointment. When trying to lean it with very mild cleaner the stains seemed to only get worse. There were three little spots that came up when I got finished cleaning a spot. The color of the base of the rug is very light as well so everything shows up.
