Not the Monogram Style as pictured
Ordered the pink with white polka dot luggage and it shows a fun, curly style letter but came with a block letter as pictured on the heart luggage. Very disappointed. There is no option for picking the style so they must just assume you are ok with what they send. I also emailed the company with this complaint and never have heard back. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The handle locks were broken. The handle does not stay up to pull the suitcase. I tried to get another one and it said eligible for refund only! Pretty sad that they can't send one that's not broken!!!

Wonderful luggage set for a little girl!
I bought this for my four year old granddaughter so she would have her own luggage when she travels with her parents. It is the perfect size for her. And she loves pink, so this was the perfect color! Bonus: when she is not traveling, she can use either the duffel or rolling cart to take on overnights to her grandparents!

Children’s luggage (boys and girls)
This luggage for girls (blue with dinosaurs for boys) are cute. But the main problem is Lakeside does not offer it with the initials for both girls and boys that I wanted for grandchildren. My granddaughter’s name starts with an E and there are lots of girl names that start with E (Ella, Elizabeth, Eliza, Ellie, Eleanor, Emily, Emma to name a few) Lakeside does not offer an E monogram. Same thing with boys. I needed a W for a grandson. Lots of W boy names (Will, Weston, Wesley, William, Walt, Wade, Wagner, Wayne) But no W.

I ordered this Luggage Set for my granddaughter and it is Absolutely Beautiful! She is two years old and it is Perfect for her. My cousin subjected it to me as a Christmas Gift because she bought a set for her granddaughter also and loved it.
