Combo Luggage Lock Gray - Open Story™

Set the code and the lock would not open. Followed instructions, but the lock would not open. Returning it tomorrow. Disappointed.

Works well. It got the job done for what I needed on the work trip. A bit priced over what I believe it should be but I got what I needed in a pinch.

Bought 2 locks for our checked bags and TSA busted through them and broke the zippers on both our bags. Would absolutely not buy again as it appears the lock makes you a TSA target and the airline “doesn’t cover zippers.”

The directions for setting the loc are tough but once you figure that out, it works well. I had to watch a YouTube video.

I bought this right before a trip and it served us well. It's very reasonably priced and I would repurchase if needed.

It's a lock, it does its job fine. Most of my luggage tends to reach the final destination lock free for some reason but this lock is one of the few that has made it.

I was not able to use the lock. Think I got a bad batch. Nice and compacted, purchased 2 and could only use one. The one that did work did the job.

This is a great luggage lock. I have a few of these and they work well. It’s easy to set your own combo and secure the lock.

The lock broke on my destination to somewhere. I am guessing that customs might have gotten into my bag, but I did not have a note saying such as my husband did. Honestly the lock looked well make and the directions were clear and simple. It was the actual lock hoop tip that was broken off.

Myself & 2 other people tried to get the lock to hold the personal code I chose. I t would lock, but only open on 000. I returned it.

Excellent lock. Simple. Does the job. Unlike many other combination locks, it’s really easy to reset the combination (as long as one has the original combination). No push pin required. Looks cool in gray.

Agree with other reviewers that the instructions for setting the combo is lacking and it took a ridiculous amount of time to set the new combos for 3 locks. For the 4th and last lock, after I set the combo and locked it, it would not open. Now I can’t use it at all. I’m just thankful I hadn’t put it on my luggage. Very frustrating.

It doesn’t come with a key. Despite following the instructions, it was at first impossible to lock. Once it locked, it would not open. I will need to locate a compatible TSA key if I want to use it.

Even though I am following the instructions, I can’t set the combination. It’s impossible.

Never figured out how to use it.

This lock is so hard to use to set a combination. I don't care what anyone says, most reviews are saying the same thing; if it's this difficult to so many people, the instructions are bad, no matter if a few people get it. The instructions are so bad and confusing and unclear, I feel like it was translated from another language into English, it makes so little sense. Even if it does take a few tries to get it, that shouldn't be the case for a small little, 3-number padlock.

Doesn’t work, they won’t take it back bc it’s already open. That’s how we found out it doesn’t work.

It had 3.5 stars when I bought but it really is a good, sturdy lock, I own 2. The reviews are bad because people are having trouble with instructions lol. To be fair, they can be a bit confusing but you’ll get it after a few attempts.
