This lock is a joke
Bought 2 of these and immediately regretted it. Took about 6 more weeks before the tumbler broke on one and had to be cut off. Save yourself some money and go with the cheaper tried and true rotary lock instead.

after only 3 months of having this lock the code switched on me and now i have to clip the lock to open it. this switches codes way to easily for it to be used as an everyday lock let alone a lock on its own. it’s a hard lock on its own which makes it annoying to clip open if you have locked yourself out. i don’t recommend this lock at all.

Changed combination spontaneously
Do not buy this lock. I locked it and suddenly couldn’t get it open. Called master lock customer service and all they had to say was “sorry sometimes this lock tends to shift numbers. Try different combinations close to yours and see if it unlocks or we could send you a replacement.” I thankfully jiggled it loose to open it but your lock shouldn’t just “shift” from your secure combination.

I used the lock once for my gym locker. The second day I went it would not open. I had to have them cut the lock at the gym for me to retrieve my belongings. Do not waste your money. I spent around 15 mins trying to reset/unlock it. 15mins with a lock is not 1 or 2 or 3 tries I was there quite a bit of time until I had to surrender and have them cut it.

Horrible lock! Do not purchase
Do not buy this lock! The combination randomly stopped working, and I had to have a team member at the gym use bolt cutters to cut the lock off the locker. Such a waste of money.

Bought this for my middle schooler to use on PE school locker. Easy to use. But the loop doesn’t click into the hole that deep so it’s easy to think it’s locked in but it’s not. Just have to be very mindful to click it in and move the numbers around to ensure it’s locked.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Several months after I started using this lock the combination suddenly changed on its own by one number. Fortunately it was a small enough change I was able to figure it out and continue using it. However today it stopped working all together and would not open with any combination…which occurred while it was locked on my locker at the gym meaning my clothes, keys, and phone were all locked up and inaccessible thanks to this malfunctioning lock!!! Fortunately the gym had a bolt cutter and was able to cut it off to help me retrieve my belongings. DO NOT BUY!!!

HORRIBLE LOCK
I brought this lock, it worked fine for two weeks. The third week it would not open and had to use bolt cutters to open it. Mind you I was at the gym and couldn’t get my stuff out. Thank the Lord they owned some. A waste of money.

This lock is incredibly loose which I think causes it to inadvertently reset the code. This created an incredibly inconvenient situation which required it to be cut off. This faulty lock should be recalled.
