A: Keys, by nature, will never 1 to 1 unique to any lock. Master Lock uses hundreds of key codes in the manufacturing of our locks, to ensure they are spread across skus/geographies/etc. There is a chance a key works on this lock somewhere else, but it is needle in haystack type stuff.

Rude customer service
Just received my master lock, very satisfied with my purchase only reason why I’m giving one star is because one of the guest service representatives threw the bag in my face without me being able to extend my arm to grab it. That’s the only reason why I’m giving it one star overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Fun picking challenge, not great for protection
Bought it for myself as a new challenge as a beginner at the art of lock picking. The claims that it is pick resistant at all are completely untrue, as even a novice such as myself was able to open it. For securing things, such as a gym locker or gym bag, I really wouldn't recommend it if you believe that your items are at risk. Certainly don't use this if you have expensive items. That being said, for the price, you get what you pay for, and the very light weight makes ot very convenient to carry around.

Feels cheap
This padlock is very lightweight, which makes me think if someone really wanted to break it, it wouldn't be too difficult. It just feels very cheap not high quality. Next time I'll but a sturdier one.

Picture is not accurate
Very misleading photo. We needed 50 locks, so ordered 25 sets of 2 locks. Most of the locks came in single packages with only 3 coming in the double pack showed in the picture. So never got 50. Sending them back!
