The Master Lock 4683Q TSA-Accepted Luggage Locks feature a 7/8 in. (22 mm) wide solid metal body for durability. The 3/32 in. (2 mm) diameter shackle is 7/16 in. (11 mm) long and made of steel, offering resistance to cutting and sawing. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screeners can open, inspect and relock bags locked with a TSA-Accepted lock. I really expected more from Master lock. While on vacation when I arrived at my destination and went to unlock the lock, the lock literally fell apart in my hands. I luckily packed a second one as an extra. Poor quality and will Make me rethink anything from this brand again.

I’m going to return it back as it came w/o one lock & keys. We had done target pickup & purchase it online. Someone must have tempered with it. Target gave this to us without checking it. Now I have to go back again & waste time which I was trying to save at first place.

I bought these because I had upgraded my luggage - and thought these would fit my samsonite, but only fit o1 of 3 zippers. Not to mention after unlocking one for the second time, the whole thing fell apart. 3 out of 4 broke as well. These are cheaply made and broke after a few uses. Do not buy these, spend a little more on a more heavy duty lock

Complete engineering failure. Very cheaply made, doesn’t feel secure at all. The lock is made of two pieces, and if you turn the key the wrong direction with any force the lock pops apart. Worthless lock, do not buy this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought this set of locks for our trip. First time I tried to open it, it fell apart broken. I had to throw them in the trash since I was traveling and did not have original packaging. So save your money and do not buy.

I always purchase Masters locks and have TSA locks from 10yrs ago that work like day one. This one broke the first time I used it when I went to unlock it from my luggage. I thought TSA did it until a second lock did the exact same thing. Good price but not the Masters’ usual quality I expect. Very cheaply put together. Returning and never buying this one again.

NOT keyed the same. I now have to figure out how to remove the lock from my suitcase. One lock doesnt work like the others. Thank God I didnt use the bad lock to my destination, it could have been a disaster.
