So I got this lock almost a year ago now. And up until now when its time to change the combination, its been great. The divet at the bottom that is supposed to turn doesn't and nothing I have seems to fit so that I can line up the dots to change the lettered combination. At this point I don't even remember the combination I was using until now. This lock could use an upgrade and some improving.
