My table was broken opun arrival

None of the holes alligned. The hydraulics were broken, and so was the plastic lever. It was clearly sold before and was returned, since it was defected, but Target sold it to me, anyway. Shame on Target for reselling a damaged item to an innocent buyer. I am an elderly and disabled. I can not take it back to the store or to mail it back, since I do not drive and hardly walk. My contractor charged me a lot of money to assemble it, but he wasn't able to do it, since everything was broken, twisted, missing parts, or defected.
