Stinks!
Holy cow does this stuff stink! I shampooed my hair 4 times, used the last of my other conditioner, and still my hair stinks of nasty perfume. Why do companies do that?

The family size gave us more value for our money.
The scent is mild. I was surprised how clean my hair was considering the price, definitely effective and efficient product. The texture of my hair after a 2 week period is soft and clean.

Absolutely love this daily clarifying conditioner! The scent is very clean and divine! You CANT beat the price for the family size! It’s very effective, I can tell a difference as soon as I use it as I gets all the build up residue off my scalp! Leaving my hair feeling so smooth!

Lots of hydration
This is a good conditioner and I have used it for years. It’s got a good amount of slip and helps to detangle my natural hair. Not only does it work well for hair but I like shaving with it too.

Please take out the lactic acid!
This was my go-to conditioner for my waist length, low porosity hair that is washed in hard water for years. It was the only that met all the finicky needs of low porosity hair, and I used it faithfully. But, the formula has now changed to include lactic acid, a humectant that is terrible for low porosity hair. My hair is no longer smooth and healthy after using this conditioner. It is now frizzy and broken. This was the only ingredient change made so I can be sure it is the culprit. Please remove it! I am sure Suave will see sales increase again once it is removed!

Scent is too strong.
I recently bought the Suave Apple (24 hour) scent conditioner, as a matter of fact I bought two. I am very disappointed. The scent is way too strong and the fact that it lasts 24 hours has been awful. I will discontinue the use of this conditioner and not buy it again until the formula is changed back to the form formula. Thank you.

Changed my hair
Thought there was a problem with my hair. Found some of the old conditioner that was in a travel container and used it and figured out it was the conditioner. Loved the old formula but hate the new formula. After many, many years, I am sadly switching brands.

New Formula is Terrible!
I’ve used the Daily Clarifying Conditioner on my hair for the last 20 years (not exaggerated). I typically purchase multiples when I find them so I hadn’t noticed there was a formula change. I recently ran out and purchased one. I couldn’t understand why my curls were dead. The new formula destroyed my curls. I started looking online to figure out what was wrong only to find the formula changed. Why would you ruin something perfect. I am so furious and disappointed! Now I’m left with damaged hair and searching for a new product.

Awful new 24hr fragrance
I have been using daily purifying conditioner for 10+ years and they just now changed and gave the product an awful new fragrance. Not only does it smell horrible it leaves a nasty film on your hair that turns to crust as your hair dries. I used to love this product, obviously I had been using it for more than a decade, but now I have to find a new shampoo and conditioner brand.

Excellent Detangling, Defrizzing, Moisturization
I have extremely full/dense, and coarse natural African American hair that ranges from 4a-4c type, predominantly 4b. My hair can be very challenging to detangle and maintain as it's very tightly curled and I have TONS of it. I have tried many more expensive products marketed towards my hair type to help with detangling, defrizzing, manageability, and moisturization, with much disappointment. But I was pleasantly surprised by your daily clarifying conditioner. It truly gets the job done in my hair! It provides moisture, melts tangles, controls frizz, and allows me to comb through my hair very easily. I love applying coconut oil overnight and then saturating my hair with this conditioner to comb my hair out prior to washing. Your daily clarifying conditioner has been the best conditioner I've ever used for this purpose which is impressive since it is silicone free and weightless. I appreciate how this conditioner doesn't have multiple humectants in it, since I know from experience this can cause my hair to become very tangly, puffy, and out of control. Your daily clarifying shampoo is great too by the way, especially after I use hair pomade/grease.
