Terrible customer service ! No refund, no credit for a lost article !

I ordered this bed and the delivery was supposed to arrive on June 24th. I don't live in the US right now and needed to order for that date. 10 days prior the parcel was delivered and was stolen. I spent hours with Target and FedEx over the phone, no solution from both sides, I lost 400$ and still have no bed. Awful customer service !
