Garbage

Installed this fan about five months ago, and unfortunately it's been a complete disappointment. From the start, it's produced a loud grinding noise that makes it impossible to use, especially at night. I've tried adjusting, balancing, taking it down and reinstalling and nothing has worked. Extremely frustrating and total waste of money.
