Very disappointed!

Rug looks dingy, almost dirty. The color shown online is definitely not representative of its true color, it’s darker & more muted.

Scratchy

The blue parts of this rug are flat like office carpet and very itchy. Cream is more like usual carpets. We put a rug pad underneath, it was nice to walk on and visually the height difference between cream and blue is pleasant. It would be a good choice for a high traffic area. We plan on returning it and choosing something more plush, soft, and cozy.
