Primary Kids Parka Puffer Coat in Boysenberry Size 5

Warm weather coat . It sometimes gets cold in St Louis , so when it does this coat is used . Our boy plays outside in all weather and he never complains he’s cold with this one !

Great jacket

We've tried all sorts of winter jackets, and we always gravitate back to these. We've had them for at least the last 5 winters. They wash well and keep my kids warm during early morning winter outdoor recess in NYC. My kids love how easy they are to move around in, and I love how great they hold up for hand-me-downs. These are much warmer than the fleece puffer. Please make it in orange for my orange-loving girl!

We love this coat! Perfect weight for cold winters, comfy and cozy, and great quality. Holding up really nicely after a full winter’s wear. Will definitely be a solid hand me down for the next kiddo.

Great jacket, warm and comfy and washes well. Only down side is (at least in the blue color) it shows every little bit of dirt dry prominently. But it all washes clean

My (very tall) 5yo wears a 6-7. This is warm enough for her to play outside in WI. My kid hates stiff, waterproof coat material and this offered enough water resistance for an hour or so of snow play. Super soft and snuggly.

We had a hand me down 3t that my son outgrew. When this lovely green 4t showed up it was perfect. He loves the rainbow pocket on the inside, so do I! It keeps him warm while allowing him to still move. Love the extra length, cuffed sleeves, and fuzzy hood.

I love that the colors are more rich than the color choices last year. These wear great and wash up easily. We use puffers for in between seasons and these during our coldest months. I pick them on up clearance at the end of the season for next year. Especially at the sale price, these are a high quality item at a good price point.

These are the only parkas I buy for my kids ages almost 7, 5, and 3! Brilliant bright colors - no annoying little cartoons - amazing quality that holds up over one not two hand me downs! Don’t delay- get yours today!

This coat would be perfect if it was lined with fleece — that really warm fleece that kids love to wrap themselves in. This recommendation is from both daughters, one of which owns this coat.

I purchased this to replace a smaller size that my daughter has grown out of. I washed it so I could pass it on and realized all the stuffing in the back is bunched up on the sides and there is nothing back polyester fabric protecting my daughter from the cold. Similar but less severe in the sleeves and elsewhere. I feel like a terrible mom now. Definitely some material flaws with this coat. Design, look, fit, color is strong though. I have washed it often because she is 5 and gets dirty, but I'd expect it to hold up better over a one year period.

Bought the 8-9 size for my 6 (almost 7) year old as something to grow into, and even though I checked the size guide against her height & weight and tried to size up, the sleeves are already on the short side for her. Otherwise, the quality is great and we love the color.
