So pretty but dangerous

These are so adorable but unfortunately my daughter has cut her hand twice now on them and I’ve cut my hand once so I’m having to give them away. The metal part is sharp.

Do not purchase

Looks cheap and the fringe doesn't cover the fabric well on the bottom. Tried to return it as however Target wouldn't take it back. The receipt emailed did not show there was only a 30 day window to return the item.
