High-quality products

We haven't had this place long, but I'm very happy with its quality. The chairs are a deep black, spacious, and comfortable. The umbrella is large enough to cover the entire table. It's easy to open and close. I'd definitely buy this again, but hopefully I won't have to in the future!

exquisite tableware

We love this outdoor dining set! Our family of seven can easily sit around it, and it looks great in the yard. It's easy to assemble by one person, and it looks well-made. We love how it looks in the yard and are excited for our first family dinner together. The chairs are very comfortable even without the cushions.

This is a very good, advanced outdoor table and chair set

This is the first outdoor sofa set I bought after moving into my new home. The shipping was excellent; the large, heavy boxes arrived intact. The instructions were very detailed, and installation took only 40 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and rust resistance, which made it a breeze even in the rain. This was a fantastic shopping experience.

Excellent! The quality is excellent, and all four boxes arrived intact. Assembly took me about 30 minutes, and the instructions were easy to follow. The cushions are very comfortable, and we enjoyed our dinner in the chairs. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Great set. It wasn't difficult to assemble at all. I saw some people say that rainwater can collect on the legs and cause rust. When not in use, just tilt the chair back and it's fine.

Patience is a virtue

So far, so good. A few things to note: this shipment consisted of five packages, but they weren't shipped all at once. I contacted the seller about the missing packages because I didn't receive all of them, but costway showed the shipment status as completed. I contacted the seller, and they assured me that due to weight, the packages would be shipped in batches. I have received all of them. Now, let's talk about the product. They're quite heavy because they're made of resin. Assembling them was very easy, as each component is precisely formed and cut. The tools are provided, and I found using a hexagonal screwdriver and a socket wrench to be faster. The provided wrench wasn't precise enough and would slip when tightening the nuts, which is why the socket wrench was necessary. Also, because it's made of resin, you have to be careful not to overtighten with the screwdriver. The chair bends the first time you sit on it, and because it was exposed to the sun, the bend is likely permanent, but I think this is part of the design, as it's definitely more comfortable after the bend, and it didn't bend any further after the initial movement. For those of us with more experience, the chair is sturdy and spacious. The table is very stable. The umbrella is quite wide and tends to spin in the wind. I need to find a way to make it more stable. I have a cast iron base (17 pounds), and it still spins. Be aware that this umbrella is quite large. Also, it's awkward to reach under the ribs to crank the umbrella when it's placed on a table, but it raises smoothly after that. I'm 5'8" and had some difficulty inserting the pin into the pole due to its high placement. Be aware that you may need to stand on a sturdy new chair to insert and remove the pin. Overall, it's a good product so far. We've used it a few times and it's a good product.
