Did not meet expectations
The quality of the cover is great, but that’s about it. The pillow came way overstuffed and when I reached out to customer service, they suggested I remove some of the stuffing. This process was such a HUGE hassle as the stuffing stuck to everything and got everywhere. I removed what I though was enough (about 3 tall trashbags full), it became completely uneven and uncomfortable - despite trying to fluff and mold the pillow to move the stuffing around. I’m so irritated with this product as I shouldn’t have to do the work that should’ve been done when the pillow was originally made. This product was way too much work for what I was intending when I purchased it. I really want to like it but it’s much more work then it’s actually worth to make it functional.
