A: The bed frame has a weight capacity of 727 lbs (330 kg). You can calculate the combined weight of the mattress and the people using the bed. We recommend a mattress height of 10 inches (25 cm), as the height from the bottom of the headboard to the slats is 10 inches (25 cm). Your 13.5-inch mattress would exceed the middle gap in the headboard.
