Great quality and perfect for a runner and high traffic area. Note it is stiffer and lacks softness due to the performance outdoor aspect.

Learn from our mistakes. Used this as a stair runner. Had it professionally installed. I was so happy with the decision, it looked great! This rug does not hold up (and we are a no shoe family). We bought the small rug as well to go in front of the door and had the same problem. Doesn't wash/clean well at all. We just had to rip it up after a few years because it always looked dirty. I was thinking about trying the indoor/outdoor version but those reviews are terrible.

I put this runner on my stairs as the description says can be used in high traffic area, even sighting stairs as an example. Poor choice. I’ve only had it for 2.5 years and it needs to be replaced. My mom had her stair runner for 25 years! Is nothing made to last anymore? Don’t buy this-looks great but won’t last.

I bought this black and white rug (8x10) when we moved in our new house. It looked beautiful but I was quickly disappointed. Any spills or stains are just about impossible to remove! And it's hard to keep the stripes straight. I have already replaced it.

Purchasing, delivery and product quality first class. The sizing was however inconsistent. I ordered two 12 ft runners - one was 11'9" and the other 11"6. I will use them but, disappointing and noted for future orders.

I've had this rug in black for several years and it is awesome! It is in front of my kitchen sink. It still looks great and washes really well!

We have 2 cats and a dog and use the 2x3 at the bottom of the stairs and 2.5x12 as a runner. It's held up great so far (6 months). haven't had any issues with pulling threads or looking dirty.

I used as a runner on the stairs. It is pulling and threadbare. So disappointed. I love the pattern but it quickly looked dirty.

I love the pattern which is why I bought the rug in the first place, that and I have kids and a dog so I thought and indoor/outdoor rug would be my solution. This rug pills and gets "hairy" all over the place. When you vacuum it the hairs show over the pattern and look old and messy within weeks of use. I initially put this in my dining room, but it was so ugly after a few months I had to move to my bedroom. It's also difficult to vacuum, it's too light and the corners get pulled by my Dyson. I'm disappointed in the quality if this rug.

I purchased 4 runners and have them in my kitchen and these rugs look dirty, dirty, dirty. Love the price, but had I knew that I'd be looking to replace these as soon as I am I would have looked at something more dirt forgiving. I hose them down outside with a power washer and it just doesn't do the job. I'm afraid to use a spot cleaner for carpet because of a previous review saying that it made the black bleed. Disappointed in these rugs, so heed the warning and think long and hard before purchasing.

So I love the look of this runner but it is definitely not made for living. I got it installed on the stairs and it is already pulling and fraying. Very disappointing that I paid all this money for the rug and install and will probably have to replace it within a year. If you want to put it in a room that nobody goes into it's perfect, otherwise I would look elsewhere.

I had the rug runner installed on my stairs and it looked wonderful. Something spilled on a portion of it and I got out my Bissell spot cleaner and the black COMPLETELY bled into the white, ruining the look of the entire stairway. I wish I knew that you couldn't spot clean with liquid cleaner, as I really want the look of my stairs back!

The rug is well made and feels nice underfoot. I purchased a runner for my kitchen but didn't like it there because I thought the color was black and white. It's actually black.and ivory. Looks good in my bathroom so I kept. I've only had a few weeks so cannot comment on durability.

I bought several of these as I love the pattern. The runners were put on my stairs and gave held up great, actually better than expected. However, the rug in my kitchen hasn? done as well. It's been washed several times and the color has run so it is now gray and black. Worse, the last time I washed it (probably the 4th time in my machine) if left so much dye behind that the next load of clothes all turned gray! I would recommend spot cleaning these rugs only.

Rugs arrived at my door today. Love the way they look in my black and white kitchen. haven't washed them yet, of course.
