Why would I provide a review when I have placed the rug in the hands of the postal system. Why don’t you keep up with your clients!!! I spoke with your supervisor Meredith and told her how disappointed I was once I opened the rug. Your add described the rug as navy, I’m an artist and your idea of navy is definitely not navy but positively grey! Yes, your photo is most deceiving and most unbelievably not navy !!! When and if you do get a rug with navy I would be thrilled to receive one. With the added trouble of having to package and return the rug I can assure you that 20% doesn’t cover my disappointment and energy put into your rug. You should remember I’m your client or I should say I was your client!

Chelsea runner
Good size for a longer hallway. I love this pattern and the colors. Unfortunately, it was rolled with the nap inside and the bumps won't lay flat. I'm keeping it hoping it will eventually flatten.

Navy Chelsea Runner
I recently purchased the 10 foot and 20 foot Chelse runners in Navy. The 10 foot runner came quickly. I was able to track it on line and I knew when to expect delivery. I couldn't be more pleased with the rug. It is soft to the touch. The colors are rich, not too vibrant and fairly close to the online photos. The 20 foot runner just arrived. It was shipped separately and no tracking information was updated. As far as I could tell on line - it looked as though it was sitting at a warehouse. I called customer service and they were to investigate-the rug arrived the following day. I also ordered a smaller rug in this pattern to go in my entry. Very good quality and I was able to purchase at 50% off and free shipping.

I purchased this rug a month ago. The price on sale was great.. Pile was fine liner was fine.. My furniture is very classic traditional from the UK.. So the design and colors were perfect I wanted something that was very reasonably price that looked expensive Overall I have had so many complements My furniture is very classic traditional

Perfect for my space
