Had to dig for something to complain about lol
Delivery time was excellent the image of the rug and the actual rug matched exactly and we love the color in design. It is perfect for our room. The only complaint we could give if you can actually call it a complaint because it’s only temporary, but perhaps setting the package up for delivery and a different shape would allow the rug to lay better when you open it after a little while, but if I had to pick anything that I could complain about, that would be the only thing I am absolutely satisfied with the purchase and would buy again

Great quality!! Even though it did not work with our space and we sent it back. We pick something else that worked better. So side note: the return was so easy. We are grateful for the way you handle returns.

Beautiful pattern
I love the pattern and colors. It's been on the floor for about two weeks and still has some waves in it from where it was rolled up. Hopefully it will flatten out soon. Otherwise it's a great rug for the price.
