    It didn't fit my phone

    I bought this a few weeks ago and it was sent with no information on how to return it because it didn't fit my phone.

    Not good

    The clear otterbox for the new Samsung a71 i got isn't good. I kept it because I needed something, but the buttons on the side didn't match up. The only thing I could do was turn the volume down no matter where I pushed. I've had other otterboxs before and they were great. This one sucks.

    great protection

    Easy to install and remove. Case fits well ( Samsung A71). I've used Otter boxes for all my phones. Never had any of my phones (to include screens) break, despite lots of drops.

    This otter box box cover is a total waste of money and the sad thing is otter box knows it . We have tried to get our money back but they wont do that ether. Now they want me to rate the made in china c**p . This is just another case of a good company turning to china to make high profits with a pice of c**p phone cover. Sad sad sad

    Wrong size

    I purchased this case & the overall construction was nice. The exact specifications were not exactly correct. The power & volume buttons did not line up in the proper place.

    Ok case but buttons don’t match up exactly

    Case is ok but if you have a Samsung A71 the buttons on the right side of the phone do not match the case exactly....why is that an issue....you have to move the case out of the way to turn it on from sleep mode - not good!

    Perfect for the job
