Fresh and low sodium

I am on a low sodium diet but I like to snack on nuts so I tried the raw unsalted cashews. They are good and I have no complaint about them.

I used these to make a vegan cheese

I used these raw cashews in making a plant based cheese and it turned out extremely well. It turns out that raw cashews dont usually need to be soaked prior using in most cases, as long as you have a fairly robust blender. (I use a Brevelle.) It isnt always easy to find raw, unsalted cashews in stores around here so I was glad to see them available on Amazon. These taste great and are nicely packaged. The cheese I made with them was from a recipe for Sliceable Cashew Cheese from the lovingitvegan website. It was the best non-dairy cheese Ive tasted. Im posting a photo of the finished cheese so you can see how nice it turned out. (I purchased the agar powder from Amazon too.)

I like these so much, I cancelled my order for the 16 ounce bag and ordered the 32 ounce instead. We use these for so many things. I especially like cashew cream and cashew mayo. These are delicious. Thanks you.

What it says on the tin

Tasty, fresh, and delivered quickly. These were not life-changing, but they were selected based on the price point and didn't disappoint. We actually used these to try a dairy-free cream cheese alternative. I think the raw cashews are better!

Good product with consistent quality!

Use in cooking and to feed to my pet cockatiel as a treat. Very difficult to find bulk buys with the freshness and flavor content at warehouse or big box stores.
