Assembly Instructions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good looking shed. Was a bit difficult to assemble, as you need patience and assistance. The assembly instructions were okay, they needed better zoom in pictures and better written instructions throughout. There were a few items that I caught which required me to back track to make a change to a completed section.

Great shed for smaller spaces
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lifetime 5x8 shed is the Goldilocks of sheds for our home. Any larger and it would be too big to fit in our yard and if it were any smaller, it would be too small to hold what we need it to. It can easily hold a few bikes, some of our yard games, and our lawnmower. All with a footprint that doesn’t take up too much space. Now we just need to get some shelves and other accessories to make it easier to store a few more things in it. This shed wasn’t too difficult to assemble, but it did take quite a bit of time, so be sure to give yourself ample time to get it up. I thought I could have it finished in a few hours, but it ended up taking most of the day to assemble it. There were a few spots that didn’t line up perfectly and one piece that the holes didn’t all get drilled out, but it was simple to drill the holes and was everything lined up close enough to not cause any problems. Just make sure to take your time to get everything lined up correctly so you don’t have to backtrack on any of your work. The instructions were pretty clear, but I also followed along on the YouTube Assembly video which made it even easier to see how to put together. I really like the latches on this shed compared to older Lifetime sheds that I have seen. It was easier to use and seems a lot sturdier than what’s on my neighbor’s shed. In the week that we have had the shed set up, there have been several severe thunderstorms and the shed has also held up great to heavy rain and hail and done its job protecting our mower and bikes. The gutter system definitely has done it’s job.

Lifetime 8X5 Shed Review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received and assembled the Lifetime 8X5 Shed. We are very happy with the results! In one afternoon, two of us were able to assemble our shed. The instructions were clear, the parts were labeled, as was the hardware, and it required just a few of our tools. The shed is a really good size. We placed it on a concrete slab in a corner and it is not obtrusive and looks so nice tucked away. We’ve already moved our large mower and other lawn tools inside. The Lifetime Shed has a frosted “skylight” which allows the right amount of light in and it also has several pest proof vents. The doors can be locked which provides peace of mind for the contents inside. The material is a heavy, durable thick plastic. It is reinforced with metal and metal frames. The roof and walls fit together tightly even before we installed the hardware to make our Lifetime Shed even stronger. Overall, we are extremely happy with our Lifetime Shed and we recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality product.

Easy to set up!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always bought lifetime products and I’m very happy with my 8x5 shed. I used to have a 8x7.5 and made the mistake of not tying it down and lost it in a real bad windstorm we had in 2022. I did tie this one down but let me tell you this was an easy set up the instructions were right on point and very detailed I had no problems doing it myself it took me 12 hrs alone but if I had help I’m sure will be half the time. Thank you lifetime!!!
