Q: How does this hold up in the wind?

  • A: Hi, stakes and guy ropes are attached to prevent strong wind. You can also place sandbags or stones on the extended skirt of the greenhouse. Both ot them are great methods to help the greenhouse hold up in the wind. But if there is extreme weather like storm it is recommanded to take it down as a precaution. Thank you for reaching out us. North Idaho headstart

I like it!!! I've been wanting a greenhouse for a while now. This was so easy to put up, and has kept the frost off my plants. I've had a couple of days that got down in the low 30s. I live in north Idaho, and can have frost up till Memorial weekend. This will give me the headstart I need.

Easy to assemble!

I was able to set this up (on my own) in less than 15 minutes. It is accurately represented and was easy to disassemble as well. I plan to use it over the winter in a sunroom, and take it down in spring, so it appears to be perfect for my needs.

Excellent Product & Customer Service

I bought this to protect our orchids during the cold season and I was very pleased to see how easy it was to set up. It took less than 10 minutes including removing it from its packaging. Not only did the greenhouse protect our plants during the cold, but the plants thrived. I also want to thank Eagle Peak for its wonderful customer service. I contacted them via email and received a reply the same day. They handled my issue immediately and I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Spreading the word to my gardening buddies.

I can't say enough good about this Eagle Peak pop-up greenhouse. It went through fierce wind, heavy rain and hail, and looks like new. This old hardcore gardener has been through her share of temporary greenhouses as an overflow addition to a big permanent greenhouse, and none held up like my Eagle Peak. I got it in the white woven fabric and plenty of light got in all winter. It's worth every cent.

Not only is this a really good product but this company is A+++. I had some difficulties abd they walked me through my whole issue unbelievably graciously. I will continue to buy more great items from them.

Recommend Eagle Peak greenhouses

This pop up green house has saved me hours of moving plants when a freeze is forecast! It is easy to assemble and take down! I agree that zippers for the windows would improve the design but the Velcro has not hindered its usefulness! I definitely recommend this product to any gardener who wants to protect their investment in plants! I also purchased the 4’ X 6’ product for my smaller plants. Thanks Eagle Peak for superior products!

Better than expected

Second one I bought to raise plants and butterflies. Perfect size, super easy setup, zippered doors smooth and reliable. Outside shell durable, sized correctly and available separately. The accordion style frame will last indefinitely.

Easy set up

Able to set up with one person in under 30 minutes; most challenging part is getting under the canopy to push up the center knob. Like the quality of the materials. Would buy again.

Great with one small flaw

The greenhouse meets expectations with one problem. A rip has developed in one corner on the bottom. The availability of a fabric repair kit could solve this.

Green House Lesson

The greenhouse set up was easy with 2 people working together. It is spacious and warm inside when sunny. The problem we have is the wind. It blows the sides relentlessly and I have had to try abd hold them down with bricks and heavy plants. It is partially on dirt and partially on deck surface.

Good but with modifications

Excellent and easy setup, Popup greenhouse is a game changer, however sides and bottom very weak due to lack of support. One loop on each bottom side just doesn't cut it. Also, velcro for windows should be longer or add more(use zippers instead)? However, built a foundation surrounding the greenhouse on the bottom to give it more stability using 2x4's. Now its more sturdy. Overall, good greenhouse but with modifications.
