All these reviews stating there is no setting and burns food are ridiculous. This little one is not meant to cook a full roast, etc. that requires settings. It’s perfect for cheese dips, sauces, appetizers, or I’ve used it to slowly warm leftover pot roast with veggies with no issues. It’s perfect for what it is meant for.

Owned for maybe two years. When wiping with a cloth i notuced the cords are exposed where it connects to the pot. I chexked.my other other and it has a protected hoodlike feature. This one does not!

This crock pot is the best. I have had it for so long and it comes in handy for individual meals, or things like queso or fondue. This is a great brand and i love how well it has held up.

I have one of these. When I was working, I used to put 1/2 pound of ground beef or turkey in with a bag of frozen mixed veggies thawed in the microwave, and a can of chicken or beef stock. I started this before work, and at lunch everything was hot and ready. It is an excellent product when used correctly. I also have an old Rival Crock-ette pot that was less than a quart, maybe 1/2 quart. While I think it was made to heat potpourri over the holidays, it always makes a great dip pot for heated dips. I wish you would bring back those. Your lunch crock is about the same size, and since I bought several of those for gifts, I have a few of those that work just as well. Thanks for great products, but please consider bringing back the potpourri / dip heating pot or similar just for dips.

I love this crockpot. I have had it for years and I use it a lot in the winter, so I’d say it is definitely is made well and made to last. Out of all of the ones I own, this one is my go to size for making a crockpot meal for my family. It fits perfectly in the dishwasher and cleans easily. My only complaint is I wish it had an indicator light to know when it is on. I know the dial says that it’s on, I’m thinking more for when it burns out so you would know it’s not working before putting food in it. Or if someone forgets to plug it in.

Have had this unit for about ten years. Cooked several different recipes many times(mainly small chuck roasts with potatoes and carrots) and it's been wonderful! I knew it only cooked on 'low' without a dial when I bought it, so that was not a concern.

I use it to cook roasts, mostly. I get a 3 lb rump roast (cheaper than chuck snd I prefer it’s texture), cut in half, and put it in the little pot and just season & turn it on. I haven’t had one burn yet. We LOVE it!

It does not have a dial so it burns everything. So disappointed.
