Beautiful but cheaply made

Bought this bench for my photography studio and loved the design and that there’s a higher weight limit. Unfortunately the screws that attach the seat to the frame don’t actually screw into the seat. It just turns and turns. Expensive bench to be poorly constructed. My husband will have to replace these screws with longer ones or add glue or something, because they’re all backing out. I really thought Studio McGee would be top notch quality!

Good bench

Great benches (bought 2). Months he little wood plugs have fallen out so I’ll probably need to use a mallet or put a dab of glue, otherwise great. The kids haven’t spilled on them yet so I don’t know about how that will go but overall a happy customer. Good size, firm, light and easy to move around. Doesn’t scrape floor. One loose screw attaching upholstery to wood frame. Quality is good for the price.
