Too Big for Little Ol' Me

My husband bought this for me for Christmas - very overwhelming and I THOUGHT it had redlight therapy and it does not. So far only using ~ 1x/week - does make me sweat thought which I guess is good for detoxification. I am only 4'9" so I "swim" in it.

I love to sweat. I started at level 5, but that level wasn’t getting any sweat on at all. I bumped it up to level 8, which did the trick. I haven’t tried it with the detox wraps yet. I was surprised at how heavy the blanket was.

Better than my Previous Blanket.

This is my second LifePro Sauna Blanket. The 1st one (non-infrared) is a couple years old and it's still in perfect condition. With my first one you will sweat, but you will also feel the heat. I found myself watching the timer ready for my session to end. Because the Rejuva wrap works differently, you'll still sweat but the heat is more relaxing.

It seems to be a good product--only used it once so far...

I've just received the Sauna Blanket and have only used it once so far, but I feel that it works as indicated and expected. I used it on temp level 4 for 60 minutes and definitely sweat a lot. It was hot but comfortable and I'm very glad I opted for the Arm holes as I do use them to read and to drink water during the treatment.

The temperature is not the same throughout the blanket

I stayed in it for 30 minutes. I sweated a little perhaps I need to drink more water, but it appears to get hotter on one side the left side I sweat more.
